not what i ordered

i payed extra for express shipping and the dress still arrived later than the date i was originally told. i ordered a champagne gown and it came back a blush pink and does not look similar to what i ordered at all.

Wasn’t the dress I had ordered and came very very late. Thoroughly unimpressed. Did not notify me that they were out of the lace they needed until I emailed them asking where it was ten days after it was supposed to be delivered. I ordered it in early March for my prom the second weekend of May. It didn’t get to me until the Monday after. I had to find a different dress the morning of my prom.

Dress arrived after daughter’s prom.. I paid extra for shipping and no contact except via email.. I bought a dress that I can’t return for a refund only credit option

Late!!

Loved the dress but I paid for faster shipping so as to have the dress in advance and it came so late that I had to find an entirely new dress for prom last minute

So beautiful, train is super long maybe request shorter.
